Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living Facility is a fully licensed facility with staff 24 hours a day. We concentrate on the well-being of our residents. Our goal is to add to the quality of life for those who function best in a supervised care delivery environment.

Our Assisted Living Includes:

  • Staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week
  • Daily laundry and housekeeping
  • Nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • Medication management
  • Incontinence care
  • Daily activities
  • Social outings (baseball games, casino and various others)
  • Assistance with active daily life (bathing, grooming and restroom assistance)
  • Full-time Registered Nurse on staff

Memory Care

Memory Care at Meadows will serve to those who suffer from Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Being an in-home caregiver to your loved one can cause emotional and physical stress. Our experienced staff offers assistance and supervision 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our residents who encounter memory issues. Our Memory Care facility will consist of many components:

  • Design activities to help stimulate the minds of a person who is encountering memory loss.
  • Monitor organ function and deterioration which will advise a physician of the need to recommend dietary, medication and activity changes.
  • We will allow family involvement through the use of electronics, i.e. Skype to engage distant family and friends which help stimulate memory.

Traumatic Brain & Catastrophic Injury

Those who suffer from traumatic or catastrophic injuries need a certain type of care, one customized to each person’s needs. Our trained and experienced staff provides a person-centered approach when catering to our guests. Whether being paraplegic, quadriplegic or just having a traumatic injury, we will enforce a recovery plan that will help each person improve based on their specific needs.

Bariatric Care

At Meadow’s we are bariatric friendly community. Our program operates with an intimate understanding of the needs and stigmas associated with the chronically obese. As such we have developed a clinically competent program designed to address these highly specific and intricate concerns. Our facility will provide.

  • Hoyer lifts
  • Dietician designed meal plans
  • Roll in showers will all be offered to our bariatric residents
