Groundbreaking Ceremony

Meadows Assisted Living and Care Campus is a $4 million investment being built in the heart of Mount Clemens.

Meadows will provide a home to 38 residents and care for hundreds of others with our comprehensive rehabilitation and adult day services.  Our 24,000 square foot facility will be spacious and comfortable to make all our residents feel at home.

Our goal is to provide compassionate care and preserve dignity.  We will work hard to follow that philosophy in every way possible.
